In Optima Communication we are interested in hearing from native English speakers who can help us in our efforts to improve our student's capacities. That means teaching classes and participating in meals and activities. You need to be a flexible and dynamic person who knows how to listen, someone with sufficient "life experience" to able to stimulate conversation with adult learners. You need to be able to creat empathy and want to learn more yourself. We are priviliged to be teaching very interesting people, so one of the real life bonuses of working with us is the things we learn from our students.
